While Turkey’s exports increased by 2% to $125.4 billion in the first half of the year, the value per kilogram fell by 11.3%, dropping from $1.57 to $1.42. Out of 26 sectors, 10 experienced a decline in value per kilogram, and 2 remained unchanged. Industrial products saw the most significant loss, with a 12.1% decrease in value. This trend signals concerns over the competitiveness and profitability of Turkish exports.
